Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Schedule a Collection
Book a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner's portal or drop off your parcel at any designated premium collection point across Singapore.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
